Our eBuses are proactively built on Safety by design, from a blank sheet of paper to be the safest mass transportation system not just because it is a Vehicle. Transport for India’s own statistics shows that 46% of road fatalities and 54% of highway accidents involve a Bus. With buses accounting for 30% of road km, this is clearly unacceptable. Designing the ELON without the legacy of an internal combustion engine enabled our designers and engineers to completely reimagine established Bus design principles.
The driver has a wide degree of direct vision around the vehicle. The driver sits fully in control in a low position, eliminating blind spots, and mirroring the eye-line of nearby pedestrians and other moving vehicles for easy visual communication.

Designing the ELON without the legacy of an internal combustion engine enabled our designers and engineers to completely reimagine established Bus design principles.
The driver has a wide degree of direct vision around the vehicle. The driver sits fully in control in a low position, eliminating blind spots, and mirroring the eye-line of nearby pedestrians and other moving vehicles for easy visual communication.
Driver comfort has been optimized by minimizing cognitive overload. The cabin is contemporary and spacious, with intuitive user interfaces. The ELON delivers a premium experience and workspace for drivers, encouraging recruitment and retention for fleet operators.
Intercity bus travels involve rollover risk and side crashes. At the same time post-accident blockade to people evacuation is the real challenge. The composite-based frame structure provides the strongest safety to passengers in case of a crash from any side of the vehicle, while the fire retardant design and materials provide enough time for passengers to safely evacuate. The batteries located under the chassis provide lower CG and give better dynamic stability for vehicle driving, that not only ensures dynamic safety but also real comfort to passengers.
All critical safety parameters are available not just on the driver dashboard but advanced alarm systems are provided for the control room of the fleet owners and interlocks are activated in such cases.
